2. Uses of graphitized recarburizer:

1, as refractory materials: graphite and its products have high-temperature resistance, high strength properties, in the metallurgical industry are mainly used to make graphite crucible, in steelmaking commonly used graphite as the protective agent of ingots, the lining of metallurgical furnaces.

2, as a conductive material: in the electrical industry, used to manufacture electrodes, brushes, carbon rods, carbon tubes, mercury positive ballast anode, graphite washers, telephone parts, television tube coating, etc.

3, as wear-resistant lubricating material: graphite is often used as a lubricant in the machinery industry. Lubricating oil often can not be used in high-speed, high temperature, high-pressure conditions, while graphite wear-resistant materials can be in (a) 200 ~ 2000 ℃ temperature in a very high sliding speed, without lubricant work. Many types of equipment that convey corrosive media, widely used graphite materials made of piston cups, seals, and bearings, do not need to add lubricating oil when running. Graphite milk is also a good lubricant for many metal processing (wire drawing, tube drawing)
