There are many kinds of carbon enhancers, and the quality indicators of carbon enhancers are unified, the following are ways to distinguish the quality of carbon enhancers.

1, moisture: the moisture content of carbon enhancers should be as low as possible, moisture content should be less than 1%.

2, ash: the ash index of carbon enhancers should strive to be low, calcined petroleum coke carbon enhancer ash is low, about 0.5 to 1%.

3, volatile fraction: the volatile fraction is the invalid part of the carbon enhancer, volatile fraction depends on the calcination of carbon enhancer or coking temperature and processing technology, properly processed carbon enhancer volatile fraction of 0.5% or less.

4, fixed carbon: carbon enhancer fixed carbon is the really useful part of the carbon enhancer, the higher the carbon value the better. According to the fixed carbon index value of the carbon enhancer, the carbon enhancer can be divided into different grades, such as 95%, 98.5%, 99%, etc.

5, sulfur content: carbon enhancer sulfur content is an important harmful element value of the lower the better, the sulfur content of the carbon enhancer depends on the sulfur content of the carbon enhancer raw materials and calcination temperature.
