2. Product Introduction
1、Angle of repose. Alumina resting angle refers to the inclination of the natural accumulation of materials on a smooth plane. 2. a-Al2O3 content. The a-Al2O3 content in alumina reflects the degree of alumina roasting, the higher the degree of roasting, the more a-Al2O3 content, and the hygroscopicity of alumina becomes worse as the a-Al2O3 content increases. Therefore, the alumina for electrolysis requires a certain amount of a-Al2O3. a-Al2O3 has poorer solubility than Υ-Al203 in the electrolyte.
3、Capacity. Alumina capacity refers to the weight of the material per unit volume in the natural state. Usually, the alumina with a small capacity is beneficial to the dissolution in the electrolyte.
4, particle size. Alumina particle size refers to its coarse and fine degree. Alumina particle size must be appropriate, too coarse in the electrolyte dissolution speed is slow, or even precipitation; too fine is easy to fly loss.
5, specific surface area. Alumina-specific surface area refers to the total surface area of the external surface area of the unit weight of the material and the sum of the surface area of the inner pore. Is an important indicator of the activity of the material. The specific surface area of alumina in the electrolyte dissolution performance is good, active, but easy to absorb moisture.
6, wear coefficient. The so-called wear coefficient is alumina in the control of certain conditions on the fluidized bed after grinding collision, the percentage of grain level content change in the specimen. Wear coefficient is a physical indicator to characterize the strength of alumina.
